Pecan Infused Bourbon

The woody flavor of the pecans and the smokey, caramel flavors of the bourbon fit together for a perfectly warm, Fall drink.

Ingredients (5)

  • 750 ml Bourbon
  • 2 cups Pecans
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne


  1. Soak the pecans in water for 30 minutes and then drain the water out.
  2. Lay the nuts out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne. Place tray in oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Let cool.
  3. Place nuts in a jar and add Bourbon. Seal and store for one week, stirring or shaking each day.
  4. Strain back into empty bourbon bottle and store in refrigerator.
