Rosemary Gin

Create the ultimate year round cocktail base by infusing gin with rosemary and other herbs.

Ingredients (2)

  • two stalks of rosemary
  • one bottle of gin


    1. Lightly pound two stalks of clean rosemary with a muddler to release the oils.
    2. Insert into a bottle of gin.
    3. Keep sealed until flavor is robust and the color begins to change (at least 5 hours, and up to 3 days.)
